Pancreatic islet cell tumor

The pancreas is the important organ presents in the human body. The Pancreatic islet cell tumor is one such condition in which the tumor cells are formed on the pancreas. The tumor cells are produced from the pancreatic cell named islet. The islet cells helps for the production of several hormones. But, due to certain conditions like heredity, the tumor cells are developed on the pancreas. These tumor cells may be cancerous or non cancerous. The symptoms of this condition are headache, hunger, improper vision, rapid heart beat, abdominal pain, diarrhea, occurrence of blood in the vomit, etc. If you did not take any proper treatment, the tumor cells may gradually destroys the portion of liver. The treatment is depends on the type of the tumor cells.
